SITF has received a note from his wife Mrs.Marylu Smoak:
He loved his springers and had raised them for many years. I have his remaining one, the female in the foreground. Behind her was the smartest of litter who Matt had trained to perfection. She just couldn't stay with us and traveled on to be with Matt.
